The people I help become very important to me and I am happy to offer on going care in the form of quarterly visits, irregular occasional consultations, or even odd phone calls about anything to do with their health, charged at a pro rata rate.
As they get older, and needs and vulnerabilities change, people often come back to review their programmes, even if they have been well for years.
